  • Purchases completed over the phone cannot be tracked and will not receive cashback on the order.
  • Cashback will only be paid on new customer accounts. Existing SSE Energy customers who switch to another SSE tariff will not be eligible to receive cashback.
  • If you cancel your order within 120 days, you will not be eligible to receive the cashback.

  • The use of ad blockers may impact the tracking of your sale. Please disable or pause your ad blocker before starting your purchase.
     

  • Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by my money pocket.
  • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
  • Recurrences on the amount of purchases that can be made while earning cashback may be limited.
  • Commission will only be paid for validated orders placed completely online after supply of your second or only fuel has gone live with SSE.
  • Transactions usually take around 5 months to validate but they may take up to 6 months to be paid. A transaction will track at "pending" until the actual energy switch has taken place commencement of fuel (s) supply by SSE has occurred and the sale has been validated.

  • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.

There may also be a requirement to take a security deposit.
