- Cashback will only be paid to members who have BACS as their registered my money pocket payment method.
Cashback transactions should be confirmed in your my money pocket account within 90 - 180 days of your policy purchase date. Please note that it can take a further 2-3 months for the payment to be processed before cashback is withdrawable from your account. Quotes that don't convert into a policy will be automatically declined after 150 days of being generated
- Cashback will only be paid if we are able to link your purchase to the my money pocket website. This means that you must click the my money pocket link, go straight through to the MoneySuperMarket website, generate a brand new quote and make your purchase immediately in the same session and without exiting your internet browser. For the avoidance of doubt, cashback will not be paid if a ‘saved quote’ is purchased. A ‘saved quote’ is held in the quote history section of your MoneySuperMarket account for you to return to at a later date. Unfortunately, cashback will not be paid if you purchase a saved quote or edit a saved quote even if it has been generated on the same day you wish to purchase energy from MoneySuperMarket via my money pocket.
- MoneySuperMarket Energy cashback transactions are limited to 1 per calendar year. Any purchases made on the MoneySuperMarket website via the my money pocket link will be subject to the my money pocket Terms and Conditions and MoneySuperMarket Terms and Conditions which can be found on the MoneySuperMarket website.
