TERMS & CONDITIONS AND OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION
  • Customers moving home and continuing an existing EDF contract will not be eligible for cashback.
  • Purchases made through aggregators or other third parties will not be eligible for cashback.
  • This offer is not available direct through EDF call centres.
  • EDF can’t switch customers through the my money pocket platform who are on complex meters. These meters include Economy 9, Economy 10, Heatwise, Warmwise and Weathercall.
  • If your EDF account doesn’t go live on supply at all, or for the minimum of three months, you won’t be eligible for cashback.
  • If you are intending to purchase EDF for a business, please click through to the EDF Business page above. Cashback will not be paid on business energy policies if you click through this consumer page.
  • New EDF customers or customers not previously supplied by EDF, but are moving into a property supplied by EDF will not be eligible for cashback.
  • Customers are unable to claim both cashback and a bill credit.
  • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
  • This offer is available to new customers only; customers currently receiving any part of their energy supply from EDF are not eligible.
  • The new customer account must be live on supply with EDF for a minimum of 3 months before the cashback will be processed by my money pocket.
  • For a dual fuel application, live on supply is defined from the date on which both electricity and gas supplies have started.
  • It’ll take up to 180 days for you to receive your cashback. This is due to the time your account has to be live on supply and how long it takes to validate and process the cashback to something less definitive.
  • Recurrences on the amount of purchases that can be made while earning cashback may be limited.
  • Transactions will initially track at £0.00 and uplift on validation.
  • Once the transaction has been made, it’ll take around 21 days to switch the contract from your current supplier to being live on supply with EDF.
  • You will be eligible for cashback if you are an existing EDF customer.
  • This offer is not applicable to any customers who already have a pending application to join EDF where they have not applied through my money pocket.
  • This offer is only available for domestic residential EDF supply contracts, and is not available for business customers.
  • Cashback relating to EDF purchases is paid by my money pocket not EDF. All queries should be directed through the proper my money pocket channels, as EDF will not be able to assist with the payment of cashbacks.
  • Saving Projection – the national average dual fuel (paying by Direct Debit) saving by switching to Easy Online 2 Year Fix Aug22 from Standard (Variable) and usage at typical consumption (Standard meter 2,900 kWh for electricity/Economy 7 meter 4,200 kWh for electricity and 12,000 kWh for gas). This includes VAT. Tariff only available for Standard and Economy 7 meters and excludes prepayment. Tariff can be withdrawn at any time. T&Cs apply.
  • You will be charged exit fees if your existing EDF contract is ended more than 3 months before it’s end date.
  • Existing customer cashback can only be claimed once throughout the duration of the tariff that has been selected via MyAccount.
  • This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
  • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
  • We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
